Giving A Second Chance To Homeless And Orphaned Animals

Who We Are?

Who We Are
Pet Protectors is a 501 C3 non profit  animal rescue charity organization dedicated to giving a second chance to homeless and abandoned animals.  We are all volunteers. We rely solely on donations to help and all goes 100% to the care of our rescued cats and dogs. We screen all of our potential new foster / permanent homes thoroughly.  We do home visits, and a trial period before any adoptions  to ensure it is right for the people and the animal.

Foster Homes–We continually are in urgent need of reliable foster homes for the many dogs and cats we rescue. We provide everything that is needed to foster the animal, such as food, litter, leashes, collars, bowls, medications, and whatever else is needed to give that loving animal a foster home. Foster care is very important to help socialize the animal and prepare them to be adopted permanently. Many of our animals need some time to regain the trust in people they sometimes lose after having been abandoned. Many of our animals are older, abandoned by their owners after years of loyal companionship. They need and deserve a safe and loving home to live out their remaining years, while returning loyalty and affection to their new owners.
Volunteers-We always welcome and appreciate volunteers to assist at adoption and fundraising events, provide foster care, walk the dogs, run errands for the animals, transport them to the vet when needed, bake items for events, and more! Please consider giving some of your time to volunteer.
Sponsorship-helps pay for our dogs’ and cats' boarding and some medical bills until they find the right matched permanent loving home. Anyone who sponsors a cat or dog will receive a photo of that animal and several updates on them as they become available. If you are able to help these animals and help us at the same time, please make checks payable to: PET PROTECTORS INC. 2490 Black Rock Turnpike, #453 Fairfield, CT 06824 Sponsoring is SO important and is a tremendous help with the costs of the animal being boarded or needing medical care, etc. Whatever you can afford is much appreciated.

Donations–Pet Protectors relies solely on generous donations from the public. Your donation will help in so many ways –to pay for the animals’ medical and kennel care, food, leashes, collars, beds and so much more. We also welcome material donations such as cages and carriers, leashes, collars, blankets, comforters, towels, dog/cat food and even stamps and assorted office supplies, etc. We will do our best to pick up donated items in order to help our precious animals. If there is any way that you can help, please send your tax-deductible and much appreciated donation to: PET PROTECTORS, INC., 2490 Black Rock Turnpike, # 453Fairfield, Connecticut. 06824. We are a 501(c)3 tax deductible organization.
